ACCOMMODATION
This partially screened double storey home has 2 large bedrooms with a sleepout and the main bathroom upstairs. The downstairs living space is open plan, with a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove. The living and dining spaces open onto the north facing deck and an outside undercover area with a BBQ and table setting for 8 people.
THE SPACE
BEDROOMS
The master bedroom contains a queen size bed and opens onto the north facing
veranda. A second bedroom contains a queen size bed plus double decker bunks. The sleepout has 2 single beds with ocean views. All bedrooms are on the second floor accessible by stairs.
BATHROOMS
The main bathroom is situated on the second floor and has a shower, toilet and hand basin. There is a second toilet accessible through the carport. A hot and cold outdoor shower is situated on the southern side of the house.
KITCHEN
Well equipped kitchen that overlooks the living spaces and out to the covered entertaining area. Gas stove and oven with electric fridge. This is a great kitchen to prepare meals whilst still being part of all the family fun.
ENTERTAINMENT AND LIVING AREAS
The open plan living, dining spaces are perfect for our Fraser Island lifestyle with vinyl timber floors and a covered outdoor entertainment area. This area has casual outdoor dining and gas BBQ suitable for all weather conditions. The TV provided in the living room has local free to air stations.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
Off street parking for 2 vehicles. Laundry facilities are limited to tubs for hand washing. Separate power supply for charging portable fridges and other accessible via anderson plug, cigarette lighter and USB in carport.
LOCATION
Located in Happy Valley centrally positioned on Fraser Island. Fraser Island stretches over 123 kilometres in length and 22 kilometres at its widest point. With an area of 184 000 hectares it is the largest sand island in the world.
Fraser Island’s World Heritage listing ranks it with Australia’s Uluru, Kakadu and the Great Barrier Reef. Fraser Island is a precious part of Australia’s natural and cultural heritage, it is protected for all to appreciate and enjoy.
